She has earned an MBA in Human Resources and Public Relations Management and has over 5 years of experience in the Recruitment Industry with specialization in end-to-end recruitment. Her experience spans in sectors like Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, EPC and FMCG. Responsible for managing the Africa Division at IMS One World, she ensures that quality is delivered to clients and desired results are achieved.

Her educational background in Business, Accounting and Economics gives her an edge in the industry that demands you to be well-informed. Nisha brings in with her several years of experience in International Recruitment. Her forte is identifying client’s problems and understanding their needs so as to help them in the best way possible. Her role at IMS One World includes working on director-level positions, being responsible for identifying opportunities, evaluating its fit with the company vision, negotiating and closing deals along with her team, maintaining a track record of steady activity volume and consistently achieving sales targets.

Endowed with confidence, Radhika displays an array of analysing and communication skills clubbed with the knowledge of marketing management including key areas like business development, negotiations, persuasions and consumer behaviour. Having graduated & post graduated in International Business with specialization in Human Resources throughout her journey, Radhika is well-equipped with the theoretical and practical knowledge required to hit the ground running in the highly competitive Recruitment Industry. Her role as a Business Developer to acquire new clientele for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Division at IMS One World is well complemented by her relationship and rapport building skills, wherein she also manages the operations of the division whilst overlooking the key accounts of the division. Being a result-oriented professional her objective is to make substantial contribution in the organization by both revenue and market growth.
