NINE STEPS FOR SUCCESSFUL GLOBAL RECRUITMENT

Our nine-step methodology ensures that our global recruitment process is inclusive and follows the right approach for each project.

Research And
Analysis

Every client completes a
detailed questionnaire that
helps to articulate the job’s
specifications. We create
sample job profiles to establish
clarity of requirements and
ensure synchronicity across
the team.

Sourcing And
Sampling

After the client responds to
the sample job profiles, we
begin the process of head
hunting and referencing. We
normally source 200 profiles,
validate 50, shortlist 30 and
finally send the 15 best
candidates to the client,
along with a brief
interpretation about their
backgrounds & credentials.

Client’s Short
Listing

Within the next two weeks
the client provides feedback
and a selection / rejection
status. The reasons for the
status are also generally
attested at this stage.

Interview
Scheduling

We next schedule interviews
using mediums such as Skype,
telephone and video
conferencing.

Documentation &
Reference Checks

Medical reports and
certificates of the selected
candidates are procured and
necessary reference checks
are conducted.

Psychometric Test
And Analysis

Senior short-listed and other
selected candidates can be
taken through various
psychometric tests and
analyses as needed.

Personal
Interview

If requested, top management
can directly interview the
selected candidates as the final
step in the selection process.

Formalities
